Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of our Lightroom presets and photo templates (“Products”). By purchasing or downloading a Product, you agree to these Terms.

What You’re Buying

You are purchasing a license to use digital files. No physical goods are shipped. After successful payment, download access is provided immediately on‑site or via email.

License
  • Non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, single‑use license for one end project per purchase.
  • Permitted: personal or commercial projects for yourself or a client.
  • Not permitted: redistribution, resale, sharing, sublicensing, or inclusion in competing libraries.
Attribution & Trademarks

Do not claim our Products as your own or remove ownership notices. Do not use third‑party trademarks, brand names, or logos without permission. We are not affiliated with Adobe or any other company mentioned.

Payments & Security

Payments are processed securely by trusted processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full payment card details. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise; taxes included where required.

Delivery

Digital download links are available immediately after payment or delivered by email. If you don’t receive access within a few minutes, contact support with your order ID.

Support & Updates

Email support within 24–48 hours on business days. We periodically release updates or refinements to improve quality and compatibility. Availability may vary by Product.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided once a download occurs. We will refund within 7 days if files are defective or not as described and our team cannot resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first for payment issues. Unauthorized chargebacks on delivered digital goods may result in license revocation.

Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
