Digital downloads are eligible for refunds only when files are defective and support cannot resolve.
Eligibility

Because our Products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once a download has occurred. We will refund within 7 days if the files are defective or not as described and our support cannot resolve the issue.

How to Request

Email support@globalthem.shop with your order ID, product name, and a brief description. Typical response: 24–48h on business days.
